The TAV training focuseson developing solid teaching skills, postural alignment awareness and groundcontrol. The students will learn how to prepare sequences, having a deepunderstanding of anatomy,yoga philosophy, breathing and the role of asana in theyoga practice.The students will develop their confidence and security to tailorand facilitate a yoga class.

 Pablo

Head Trainer

Pablo是国际瑜伽联盟认证的E-RYT500导师。他很早就开始将身体力学、顺位、身体意识连接在一起。他是一位专业的瑜伽教师、正位理疗师及音乐家。17年中他曾在巴西、美国、印度参加培训。他曾为脊椎受伤、疼痛、脊椎侧凸、坐骨神经痛等患者进行有效的治疗。对解剖学、瑜伽理疗、理疗按摩的理解让他的治疗安全有效。他获得了泰式瑜伽按摩、灵气按摩以及筋膜放松术的证书。同时拥有初级脊柱按摩证书,现在处于进修的第二阶段。PABLO 有健身与艺术的独特背景。他用丰富的瑜伽经验创建了理疗正位流瑜伽系统。从2001年开始教授瑜伽,培训教练的经历已有十年。

As a Therapist, Pablotreats effectively people with chronic injuries, pain, scoliosis, sciatic pain,etc. His knowledge in functional anatomy, yoga therapy, therapy and massagemake him very effective in his treatments. He is certified in different formsof massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Myofascial Release Technique. Hasbasic chiropractics knowledge, certfied in Foundations of Rolfing and currentlyworking on next level. He has also different fitness certifications and martialarts background.

Hiswide yoga experience and studies in other disciplines took him to develop hisTherapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV) system and teachers training. Pablo hasbeen teaching yoga since 2001, training yoga teachers for 10 years, is a YogaAlliance E-RYT and is also recognized by the International Yoga Federation IYF.

Senior Trainer

Fela 来自英国,是国际瑜伽联盟E-RYT500瑜伽教师,他主要教授Iyengar、Ashtanga、Viniyoga和喜玛拉雅传统冥想课程,在亚洲及欧洲有十多年的教学经验。他的教学风格深受Swami Veda, David SimiRoche, Alex Medin, Sri Sharathchandra Rangaswamy, John Scott, SimonBorg-Olivier 和Donna Holleman的影响。他的课程整合了流瑜伽体式,结合动作、呼吸、精准顺位和冥想,从而达到疗愈作用。不论是舒缓康复课程还是能量流瑜伽课程,他都强调在享受的同时保持大脑的冥想状态,忽略练习的等级之分。Fela是一名富有才华和爱心的老师,他常告诉学生“给瑜伽一点时间,她便能治愈并指引你。”

Felacomes fromEngland,he is a E-RYT500 senior yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. He hastrained in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Himalayan Meditation traditions andhas been teaching in Europe and in Asia formore than 10 years. His classes integrate dynamic vinyasa flow asanas, linkingmovement by breath with precise alignment, meditation, visualisation, in orderto create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment.

Senior trainer

是一位有着十年瑜珈习练经验的老师,生活她一直在努力遵循瑜珈守则。她曾经在哥伦比亚,法国,比利时等等不同的国家生活并授课。在到上海之前,她一直有不断的教授一些常规课程和教师的培训课程。 她的课程主要专注在意识的探索,身体的顺位,以及瑜珈最原始的体式的能量运用,一种用我们自然的意识去体验无限的光环和平和的方式。他的练习与教学结合了将哈他瑜珈的传统和对现代瑜珈的智慧,并且运用了生物力学的原则去使整个练习更加生动易懂。

Tatiana comes fromColombiaandstrives to live her life in accordance with the guiding principles of yoga. Sheis E-RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for 9 years.Her classes are focused inthe aware exploration of alignment and power inherent of Asanas, a way toexperience the glory and peace of our natural awareness. Her practice andteachings are rooted with the traditional Hatha yoga combined by theintelligence and understanding that modern yoga and biomechanics brightens thepractice.

A Bhakti Yogi atheart, she loves chanting devotional tunes, mantras, with her ukulele as partof the practice in her classes.
